Insurance fraud charges have been filed against an Oklahoma City man accused of filing a false insurance claim stating his motorcycle had been stolen, the state attorney general’s office announced. Oklahoma Senate approves proof of auto insurance bill

Defense verdict in insurance bad faith trial
