CDR partner Bart Jay Robey has been selected to the Oklahoma SuperLawyer-Rising Star list for 2016.
Robey's primary practice area is the defense of products liability, bad faith, and property/casualty claims. Mr. Robey’s broad range of experience includes resolution of disputes in Oklahoma state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.
Mr. Robey currently serves as the President for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Federal Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Mr. Robey graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2003 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Moot Court Board. While in law school, he also clerked for the late Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Marian Opala. Mr. Robey received his bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C.
Born in Oklahoma City, Mr. Robey and his family live in the Heritage Hills neighborhood just north of downtown where he serves as the Secretary for Historic Preservation, Inc. A proud supporter of the Oklahoma City community, Mr. Robey is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
