Shareholder Michael Duncan and associate Anna Brannon of Chubbuck, Duncan & Robey represented the defendant in the jury trial of Norton vs. Farmers Insurance Company, Inc., an insurance bad faith case in federal court in Oklahoma City. The jury returned a verdict favorable to the insurer on February 14, 2014.
